Delta Authorized Business Partner (ABP)

A Delta ABP is a channel partner that does not belong to Delta or an end customer. An ABP represents Delta in managing business activities in authorized markets, countries, or regions. There are three types of ABP: distributor, value added reseller (VAR), and system integrator (SI). A distributor represents and carries Delta UPS brands, and sells products to VAR / SI and end customers. The distributor carries stock for Delta to support its authorized markets. A VAR has engineering capacity for solutions design and support; it represents and carries Delta UPS brands and may sell products to SI; and it is a power dealer. A VAR can perform service for Delta, but must be a Delta Authorized Service Provider (ASP). An SI has the engineering capacity for solutions design and support, and buys products to integrate solutions. Of the three types of Delta ABP, only a VAR has a service capability as a Delta ASP.

As a Delta ABP, you are able to access abundant marketing, sales and service support, as well as 24/7 online training to enhance your capabilities and strengthen business performance. It is mandatory for partners to register as an Authorized Business Partner (ABP) before starting business and enjoying the benefits provided by Delta.

The Business Partner Registration program applies to all of Delta’s valued business partners selling UPS & InfraSuite product lines worldwide.
