    Delta Receives BSNL Award for Best Telecom Equipment Manufacturer

    Bangalore, India, November 5, 2009 - Delta Group received the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.’s (BSNL) “Best Telecom Equipment Manufacturer” award at a reception held in Bangalore. Delta’s award was for the Best Telecom Equipment Manufacturer in the Switch Mode Power Supply Category for the year 2008-2009. Delta Group was recognized for its leadership in outstanding product quality, manufacturing infrastructure, field performance reliability, years of exceptional service and efficient coordination in the field of DC power systems.

    Throughout the year, Delta maintained an efficient flow of supply to BSNL resulting in better telecom network connectivity and power infrastructure, especially in rural areas where frequent power failures occur. With the average fault rate at 0.0373%, Delta’s superior supply capabilities benefited BSNL by allowing it to provide uninterrupted services to its valued customers.
