Delta 2015 Annual China Partner Event Held in Taiwan

In January 2015, Delta invited channel partners from all around China to come to Taiwan for an annual partner gathering. All of the channel partners who have been invited are elite partners who have achieved their annual business goal in 2014. Nearly 100 people, including the directors, sales managers and marketing colleagues from Delta China participated in the event. During the visit to Delta headquarters and the R&D center of the Mission Critical Infrastructure Solutions (MCIS) business unit in Tainan, Delta showcased its capabilities in research, design, and manufacturing, which enhances the trust of these important channel partners.

This was the first time that the annual gathering was held in Taiwan. The partners were warmly greeted by Delta’s top management team during their visit to the Delta headquarter in Taipei, which showed how much Delta values their channel partners. Throughout the session, our partners had not only learned about the Delta’s business footprint around the world, they also learned how Delta has invested in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and branding. During the showroom tour, Delta’s Founder and Honorary Chairman, Mr. Bruce C.H. Cheng, even greeted the visitors in person and demonstrated Delta’s products, which was a delightful surprise to our partners.

The visitors also toured the R&D center of the MCIS BU in Tainan, Taiwan. The center is devoted to the design and development of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), precision cooling, and datacenter infrastructure solutions. The partners were introduced to new UPS products, precision cooling, and environment management systems. The partners also got a chance to interact with the research and design team and had the chance to interact for future product development.

As a leader in the power and thermo management, Delta has built the biggest precision cooling enthalpy laboratory in Taiwan. The lab verifies cooling performance and reliability during the engineering development and design process to ensure high product performance. The Delta Tainan plant is Taiwan’s first green building to fulfill all 9 EEWH criteria and has been rated at the “diamond” level. It was awarded Taiwan’s first Green Factory Label for General Industry, and it has applied energy saving technologies such as natural lighting, energy-efficient HVAC & ventilation, LED lighting & solar PV systems, energy-efficiency elevator solutions and rainwater harvesting systems.

Through the event, Delta has once again showed its commitment to develop better solutions and to co-work with the partners on business development, thus increasing the channel partners’ loyalty and confidence. It is without a doubt that Delta will continue to work with our partners to introduce our industry-leading products to customers who is seeking for best-in-class reliability, and leading to better achievements in the future business.
